Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions By enrolling in the Find Your Voice 6-Week Group Coaching Program, you agree to the following: 1. Payment Options & Pricing Structure You have three pricing options at registration: Early Bird – Paid in Full: Discounted one-time payment available for a limited time. Deadline and pricing are listed on the registration page. Weekly Payment Plan: 6 weekly auto-payments. Payment amount and schedule are outlined at checkout. Retail – Paid in Full: Full one-time payment after the early bird period has ended. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the full program amount. No cancellations or partial payments are allowed after enrollment. 2. Commitment & Participation This is a live, small-group experience delivered via Zoom each week. Your presence matters, and attendance is expected to get the most out of this coaching journey. If you cannot attend a session, a recording and any related materials will be shared afterward. Your absence does not change your financial commitment. 3. Failed or Missed Payments For those on a weekly plan: if a scheduled payment fails, you’ll be notified and given a 3-day grace period to update your payment method. Access to the Zoom link, session materials, or recordings may be paused until payment is resolved. 4. Refund Policy Because this is a live coaching program with limited spots, and you receive value through real-time interaction, coaching, and replays — no refunds will be issued once payment is made, whether paid in full or via the payment plan. All sales are final. Your spot is held exclusively for you. 5. Program Access & Confidentiality This is a private and respectful group space. By joining, you agree to: Not share or distribute Zoom links, recordings, or coaching materials Keep the identities and stories of other participants confidential Engage with honesty, kindness, and mutual respect Failure to uphold these agreements may result in removal from the program without refund. 6. Your Results Are Yours to Create This coaching program is designed to support you with tools, guidance, and a safe space to grow. While I am fully committed to showing up for you, your results depend on your effort, decisions, and participation. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes — every journey is unique.
